This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements content contained in the Saratech Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and all others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). Saratech adopts this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended, and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.

Information We Collect

Saratech collects information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, household, or device ("personal information"). Personal information does not include:

How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a request for access, data portability, or deletion, you or an authorized representative may:

Saratech will verify identity by requesting certain information, such as name and email address.

Requests for access or data portability can be made twice within a 12-month period.

Response Timing & Format

Saratech strives to respond within forty-five (45) days of receiving a verifiable consumer request. If more time is needed (up to ninety (90) days), you will receive written notification. Responses will cover twelve (12) months prior to a request and will be delivered via the account, mail, or email – as requested.

Saratech will not charge fees unless a request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.

Personal Information Sales Opt-Out & Opt-In Rights

All persons shall have the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information at any time.

Non-Discrimination

Saratech shall not discriminate against any person for exercising any CCPA rights, including by:

  • Providing a different level or quality of service

Saratech may offer financial incentives permitted by the CCPA, which will be described clearly and require opt-in consent.

Changes to the Saratech Privacy Notice

Saratech reserves the right to amend the company Privacy Notice at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and Effective Date will be updated accordingly. The continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
